How to Have Skinny Calf Muscles .. ?


 Many girls who have muscular calf muscles are always trying hard to get skinny calves. You may think that those big calf muscles make you look obese. You may even have tried calf stretches or strict diets but those didn't work either. Are those big calves really something to worry about? Let's find out.


  • One very important thing that you should know is that what you have is muscle! Extra muscle is always good. Don't try to hide your strong gastrocnemius and definitely don't try to make it weaker or smaller.

  • If you still want skinny calves, you may try going on a balanced diet and do a lot of swimming or jogging or even yoga. This will tone your body and get some mass off your calf muscles.

You should know that the real reason for your bulky calves is your genetics. You may have noticed your sister or your mom with huge calves although they never workout.

Those big calves are definitely something to be proud of. People spend hundreds of dollars to get calf implants to get rid of their skinny calves. Others may go to the gym and workout to get more muscles in their legs. You have it natural, so exercise regularly and eat healthy, and try to go to the beach as much as you can to show off!
